I am a passionate and experienced support worker with a dedication to empowering individuals and helping them achieve their goals. My focus is on creating pathways for NDIS participants to build skills, develop independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. With a calm and compassionate approach, I strive to make a positive difference in my clients' lives, encouraging personal growth and meaningful participation in hobbies, social activities, and community relationships.

With 9 years of experience as a Cast Technician at the Gold Coast University Hospital, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse patient groups, including individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, children, and elderly patients. My background in a high-pressure hospital environment has equipped me with exceptional adaptability, a calm demeanour, and the ability to deliver compassionate care. I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, handson care, and a genuine passion for helping others. Whether it's supporting individuals with their physical or emotional well-being, I thrive on making a difference in people’s lives

Qualifications: Currently studying Certificate IV in Mental Health & Disability Care Cert III Individual Support, Cert IV in Cast Technology, NDIS Police Screen Check (Yellow Card), Working with kids (Blue Card), Provide CPR, First AID, National Police Check, Open Drivers Licence, Boat Licence, Jetski Licence, Full comprehensive car and boat insurance, Approved by NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission,

Experience with bipolar, paranoia, ADHD, intellectual impairment, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ASD.

I am 30 years young and a lover of anything outdoors! Fishing, camping, and adventure are my pride and joy. I am highly adaptable to all of my clients' needs and preferences, always putting their best interests and well-being first. I have been a support worker for almost four years now and have four clients who have been with me since day one. This demonstrates the trust and confidence my clients place in my services.

I am dedicated to creating pathways for NDIS participants, not only to help them grow in confidence and independence but also to provide opportunities and tools to build strong foundations. These foundations may potentially lead to new employment, hobbies, relationships, and, overall, a better quality of life. I am grateful to share my vision with you, and together, I hope we can make a positive impact!

Qualifications: Cert IV in Mental Health, Cert IV in Disability, Cert III in Individual Support, Cert III in Fitness, Cert III in Communication and Recreation, Cert III in Barbering, Cert III in security, NDIS workers screening check (Yellow card), National police check, Infection control module, Open drivers license, Boat & Jet ski license, First aid, CPR, Full comprehensive car insurance, Public liability and indemnity insurance, Approved policies and procedures, Approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, Registered ABN, Workers Compensation.
