With a calm and compassionate approach, I strive to make a positive difference in my clients' lives, encouraging personal growth and meaningful participation in hobbies, social activities, and community relationships.

With 9 years of experience as a Cast Technician at the Gold Coast University Hospital, I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse patient groups, including individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, children, and elderly patients. My background in a high-pressure hospital environment has equipped me with exceptional adaptability, a calm demeanour, and the ability to deliver compassionate care. I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, handson care, and a genuine passion for helping others. Whether it's supporting individuals with their physical or emotional well-being, I thrive on making a difference in people’s lives

Qualifications: Currently studying Certificate IV in Mental Health & Disability Care Cert III Individual Support, Cert IV in Cast Technology, NDIS Police Screen Check (Yellow Card), Working with kids (Blue Card), Provide CPR, First AID, National Police Check, Open Drivers Licence, Boat Licence, Jetski Licence, Full comprehensive car and boat insurance, Approved by NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission,

Experience with bipolar, paranoia, ADHD, intellectual impairment, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, ASD.

I am 30 years young and a lover of anything outdoors! Fishing, camping, and adventure are my pride and joy. I am highly adaptable to all of my clients' needs and preferences, always putting their best interests and well-being first. I have been a support worker for almost four years now and have four clients who have been with me since day one. This demonstrates the trust and confidence my clients place in my services.

I am dedicated to creating pathways for NDIS participants, not only to help them grow in confidence and independence but also to provide opportunities and tools to build strong foundations. These foundations may potentially lead to new employment, hobbies, relationships, and, overall, a better quality of life. My core values are kindness, respect, and accountability. I love helping people in any way I can, as it genuinely makes me happy. I would describe myself as extremely positive and goal-focused, striving to create a better quality of life for my participants.

My interests and hobbies include playing sports, socialising, enjoying the beach and beautiful weather, and going on adventures. I also love board and card games, puzzles, cooking, painting, drawing, and going to the cinema. I enjoy bush walks and getting outdoors!

I take great pride in helping clients feel confident in the gym and supporting them in achieving their health and fitness goals. Whether it's going for a walk along the beach for a coffee or having a swim at a local pool, I am always excited to help create new interests and hobbies.

I have been working in the field of mental health support for just under two years and have loved every second of it! I have completed my Level 3 Certificate in Individual Support and am continuously improving my skills in the field, with experience in tailored STA (Short Term Accommodation) and respite care.

As your support worker, I will always have your back, and your goals will be my main focus for us to achieve together. Patience and calmness come naturally to me, and my entire approach is rooted in positivity and humour.
