Josh is 30 years young and a lover of anything outdoors. Fishing, camping and adventure are his pride and joy. He is highly adaptable to all of his clients' needs and preferences, always putting their best interests and well-being first. He has been a support worker for almost four years now and has four clients who have been with him since day one. This demonstrates the trust and confidence his clients place in his services.


Josh is dedicated to creating pathways for NDIS participants, not only to help them grow in confidence and independence but also to provide opportunities and tools to build strong foundations. These foundations may potentially lead to new employment, hobbies, relationships and overall, a better quality of life. He is grateful to share his vision with you, and together, he hopes to make a positive impact.

Senior Support Worker

Darren is a 28-year-old with a passion for adventure and wildlife. An avid fisherman, boat enthusiast and wildlife lover, he is highly attentive and accommodating to all his clients' needs, always prioritising what is best for them. With 18 months in the industry, he has been providing consistent care with two participants who join him on tailored adventures.


He is committed to helping NDIS clients grow in confidence and independence, supporting them in ways that can positively impact their future, whether through personal development, hobbies or relationships. He takes great pride in investing his time to help build a brighter future for each of them.

Zoe

Senior Support Worker

Zoe is an energetic and compassionate support worker with a genuine passion for helping people live more fulfilling and confident lives. As a mum of two, she understands the importance of patience, balance and creating environments where participants feel safe, supported and valued.


She thrives on supporting participants through adventure and new experiences. Whether they are stepping outside comfort zones through outdoor activities, trying something new or building everyday confidence, she takes a strengths-based approach that focuses on empowerment and steady progress towards individual goals.


Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle including jet skiing, fishing, surfing and camping, as well as relaxing with a good book or spending time with family. She brings that same enthusiasm and love for life into her support work and believes that with the right support and encouragement, participants can achieve more than they may have thought possible.

Senior Support Worker

Jesi is thrilled to bring her energy and passion to the support industry, where she loves meeting new people, finding out what brings them joy and helping them live life to the fullest. Supporting others, whether through small gestures or bigger efforts, brings her true satisfaction, knowing she can help make a positive impact.


She is a proud mum of two and has been with her partner for 22 years. Recently, she was honoured to be recognised in the top two for customer service feedback across Australia/NZ and received a "Most Valuable Manager" award.


In her free time, she enjoys beach walks, catching up with friends and cheering on her kids at their sports games. She can’t wait to meet you and create meaningful moments together.

Broz

Senior Support Worker

Location: Gold Coast Region

Broz is an adventurous and enthusiastic support worker with a strong passion for the outdoors and active living. He is focused on empowering participants by building confidence, encouraging independence and creating meaningful engagement through positive, goal-focused support. He brings an energetic, client-centred approach that is grounded in genuine care and connection.


With a background in lifeguarding at Southport Aquatic Centre and experience in customer service, he brings strong safety awareness, clear communication skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of individual needs. His experience working in active and high-responsibility environments has shaped his calm decision-making, professionalism and people-focused approach to support work.


Outside of work, he thrives in nature and enjoys staying active through surfing, soccer, hiking, camping and a wide range of sports, including recently taking up golf. He values a healthy, balanced lifestyle and enjoys sharing this passion with participants. He is committed to creating supportive and enjoyable environments where individuals feel encouraged to try new things, explore their interests and work towards reaching their full potential.

He enjoys anything that gets him outside, whether that’s surfing, swimming, camping, four-wheel driving, hiking or mountain climbing. He thrives in natural environments and brings an energetic and positive approach into his support work.


Health and fitness play a significant role in his life. He trains regularly and values both physical strength and overall wellbeing. That commitment to staying active and balanced shapes the mindset he brings to participants, encouraging motivation, resilience and confidence in everyday life.


He takes pride in building genuine connections and being easy-going, reliable and encouraging in his role. Whether supporting someone to engage in the community, try something new or simply providing a steady and supportive presence, he is passionate about helping participants feel comfortable, confident and supported to live life in their own way.

Zoe C

Senior Support Worker

Location: Gold Coast Region

Zoe is a dedicated and experienced support worker with over three years of experience supporting individuals to live confidently and independently. She takes a calm, adaptable and client-led approach to her work, with experience supporting people living with paraplegia, traumatic brain injuries, autism and a range of neurodivergent abilities. She prioritises participant choice and tailors her support to suit individual needs, preferences and goals.


She is naturally empathetic and intuitive, and prides herself on reading the environment and responding thoughtfully to each person’s mood, energy and support requirements. Adjusting her support style in real time allows her to create comfortable and respectful spaces where participants feel understood, supported and empowered to do things in ways that work best for them.


With over 22 years of experience playing soccer across the east coast, she brings a strong sense of teamwork, reliability and commitment into her support work. Having spent much of her career in people-centred roles, she values genuine connection and takes pride in creating environments where individuals feel seen, supported and confident to live life on their own terms.

Mitch

Support Worker

Location: Gold Coast/ Northern Rivers Region

Mitch is a purpose-driven and highly committed mental health support worker with a strong background in behavioural support, emotional regulation and trauma-informed care. Through his work across NDIS settings, community programs and therapeutic support roles, he has developed a calm, grounded approach and a strong ability to build genuine, trust-based relationships with individuals from diverse and complex backgrounds.


He has extensive experience working alongside Behaviour Support Practitioners, Directors and management teams to support individuals with high and complex needs, including situations involving emotional dysregulation and crisis intervention. He feels confident supporting participants in real-life scenarios while prioritising safety, dignity and long-term emotional stability. He brings a thoughtful and structured approach to challenging situations.


He is particularly passionate about supporting young men and individuals who have experienced trauma, instability or limited positive role models. He focuses on building foundational life skills, emotional awareness and healthy routines that promote independence, confidence and meaningful community engagement. He strongly believes in the power of connection, consistency and leading by example.

Whether she is providing emotional support, assisting with daily tasks or supporting participants to get out into the community, her goal is to help people feel confident, supported and able to live life in ways that feel right for them. He has a strong passion for the outdoors and enjoys engaging in a wide range of activities including fishing, water-based adventures, sports, hiking and music. He sees these activities as meaningful opportunities to connect, have fun and foster confidence. By tailoring each experience to suit participants’ interests and abilities, he aims to create positive and memorable moments that support growth and enjoyment. Outside of work, family is at the heart of her life. She enjoys staying active through gym training, beach visits and nature walks, and loves learning how to fish alongside her children. Support Worker

Through a calm and person-centred approach, she creates supportive environments where individuals feel valued, empowered and encouraged to grow.


She has experience supporting individuals with a range of mental health and neurodegenerative conditions, including Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. She approaches every interaction with empathy, patience and understanding, ensuring each person feels respected and supported in ways that align with their unique needs, strengths and personal goals.


With a background in surf lifesaving, she brings a strong focus on safety, awareness and risk management, particularly during outdoor and water-based activities. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and balanced through time at the beach, practising Pilates, camping, exploring bushwalking trails and spending time with her pets. She believes that with the right support and encouragement, individuals can discover new experiences, reach their full potential and enjoy life to the fullest.
